Educational Psychologist

Home-based working with travel to schools in the region.

Hours:

Full-time (flexible working, four days negotiable)

Compensation:

£63,000 FTE (experience dependent) + ample support offer

Are you an Educational Psychologist looking for new opportunities? Psyched Solutions are seeking passionate and inspiring individuals to join an expanding organisation and be part of a forward-thinking team of Educational Psychologists and Assistant Educational Psychologists dedicated to empowering young people and educators. Their focus on systemic work supports children and young people and their educational teams through trauma-informed and relational approaches.

You will provide educational psychology services to schools in the region, working creatively and systemically to improve outcomes for children and young people. Responsibilities include consultation, direct work with young people, and staff training around strategies to support CYP. Continuous Professional Development and undertaking research is prioritised, with the organisation encouraging engagement in both.

The role includes collaboration with colleagues, including the Principal EP, Assistant EPs, SALTs, and OTs. You'll contribute to service development locally and nationally and supervise team members, benefitting from a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment and inclusive culture.

Ideal candidate will be:

HCPC registered Experienced in supporting education teams with relational approaches and SEMH needs Enjoy working systemically and delivering training DBS certified Hold a valid driving licence Located in or able to travel to the region
