Dan is a transformation and change expert with a background in talent identification and recruitment across multiple sectors. He has over 10 years of experience in the private and public sector with a recent focus on Education, SEND and Inclusion. He specialises in developing optimal structures and workflow, strategic budget management, asset management and partnership development across multi-faceted organisations. Dan has a passion for improving performance and developing talent. He has reorganised and developed organisations, teams and models of delivery to help achieve optimal performance, nurture talent and deliver efficiencies. He has extensive experience across regional, national and international sport as well as in public and private organisations. In his free time, Dan enjoys rugby, reading autobiographies and keeping fit.
Matthew is an independent consultant specialising in change management, service improvement and transformation. He has over a decade of experience with successful leadership of large-scale public sector change and transformation programmes, and 15 years of experience in local government, 6 of which as a director in corporate services.
Matthew is an experienced practitioner of business improvement methodologies, techniques and tools. He has successfully led the redesign of complex business processes, spend reviews, productivity and performance improvement projects. Matthew has also played a leading role in HR and Organisational Development in the public and private sector, and in Local Authority Trading Companies (LATCOs). He also designs and delivers bespoke training & development programmes to help clients build their internal skills and capacity.
Matthew has successfully led several complex and large-scale cost-reduction, savings and Value for Money programmes, most recently in Housing and Regeneration, Children’s Services and SEND Services – particularly in relation to HNB and SEND resource management.
He is also Chair of a Parent Carer Forum (PCF) based in Berkshire.
Luka is a consultant specialising in public sector change and reform. His specialisms include building data management and intelligence functions; data analysis and evidence-based options appraisals; project and programme management; and event management. He has worked with Children’s and SEND Services since 2020.
Anton worked in a variety of roles in local government before becoming an independent consultant working across the public and private sector in 2018. Anton specialises in service improvement, performance management, project and programme management. He has extensive experience with rapid service turnaround and redesigning functions to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. He has helped clients in both the public and the private sector to achieve their commercial and performance goals.
Charles is an independent consultant working primarily with public sector agencies. Charles specialises in complex programme management; performance improvement projects; business process re-engineering; business analytics; and data visualisation. For the last five years Charles has worked extensively with Housing and Regeneration, Children’s and SEND Services.
